House Rules
-Check in is at 4:00pm (no exceptions, due to longer cleaning times)
-Check out is 11:00am (no exceptions, due to longer cleaning times)
-Guests must be 25 years old to make a reservation.
-All smoking is done outside including vaping.
-Drugs are not permitted IN or AROUND the home.
-Guests are responsible for any damages.
-Please do not leave trash or debris laying around as it can attract bugs and unwanted animals. We don't expect you to clean but we want to keep the home in tip-top shape for everyone.
-Vape pens, smoke, incense, and candles are not permitted in the home and a fee of $500 WILL be assessed if you violate this rule.
-Please run the dishwasher with any used dishes before you checkout.
-Max number of guests allowed in the home during the day is ten, and sleeping in the property is two.
-Guests should not create excessive noise, use inappropriate language, or cause a disturbance for neighboring properties.
-If you plan to party, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE. It is our home and you must treat it as such. We will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave if you cannot abide by this rule.
-The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness while on the premises.
-The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables by guests.
-By Accepting this Reservation, it is agreed that the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others they invite to use the premises is not the owner’s responsibility.
-Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the house, including living and kitchen furnishings, is not permitted.
-Parking: You may park up to 3 vehicles on the dirt driveway
-Housekeeping: There is NO daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
-Please lock all doors and windows upon departure.
-Any garbage must be stowed in the receptacle.
-Failure to comply with the above rules will result in possible additional charges.
-Booking through Airbnb assigns your consent to all terms listed under “House Rules."
